"Encounter #1"

"Peggy" approached me, looking for a ring telling me that it is for a wedding. telling me that she wanted something that the size should be adjustable and that it should be in yellow gold... with sizes that i will discuss later the goods were needed by 1st week of 6months after request was made (which was somewhat manageable). Pudgy's specifics for the ring made it easier for us to narrow down the search for "The ring(s)". She finally chose the ring herself among the options given by us that would best fit her. A DEPOSIT WAS PAID (FOLLOWING S.O.P).

Both rings arrived on time (sigh of relief). it was when finally the lady viewed the ring when she went "OH MY GOD! ANG PANGIT NG RING! DI SIYA MUKHANG *******!" (TRANSLATION: OH MY GOD! THE RING LOOKS UGLY! IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE A *******!) Oh my god! What am I going to do? my wedding consists of guests that are remarkable in society..." (and so...?)

Never leave a client dissatisfied, that's what my boss told me. So fine, didn't force her to get the ring. Gave her the option to get other items either of the same value or higher... take note that she bought items that she didn't REALLY REALLY REALLY want... she bought items based on how close it was to the amount she paid for the ring.


The Ring Size: EU 61 and 66 (gasp! numbers of the devil!)

Oh and did i tell you that they have a budget with the ring? (it's less than 150K for both by the way.) So what's with the guests that are remarkable in society? hm..... ;)
